God Bless

My dear blogger friend, Nelba's , youngest son passed away today. Loren was an angel here on Earth. I can't even imagine what this family is feeling right now. I found Nelba's blog in the beginning of my blogging months and have followed Loren's journey. Nelba is an amazing Christian woman with a lot of strength and love. She will need our prayers. My heart goes out to you Nelba. May God bless you and your family at this time.

    Mel, I came over to thank you for the Thinking Blogger award and to tell you that you certainly deserve the honor as well and instead i must thank you for letting me know about Loren. I too have followed Nelba's story and been touched by her writing many a time. I am not able to check people' blogs daily and if you hadn't written about it i might not have known. I sit here in Alaska crying for a family in South Africa. And this is the power of blogging--the intimate connections that can span the globe. Thank you Mel for being out there and for writing.

    I too, am sorry for their loss. Someday, I hope that we understand these things, that we will have the knowledge to comprehend our challenges and even appreciate them.

    Until then- I hope they can find some sort of solace.
